2026 Monarch After Prom
Thank You!
On Saturday, April 25, Monarch After Prom hosted over 450 students at our Paradise Island-themed event, providing them with a safe, fun-filled night following the prom. With the support of our community, parents transformed Monarch High School into a colorful Island theme with a live ukelele player, casino, psychics, caricature artists, karaoke, bingo, henna tattoos and inflatables. This year, generous community donations allowed us to give away more than $16,000 in over 300 prizes, including a bike, electronics, dorm accessories, gift cards and lots of cash.

A very special thanks to retiring committee members Molly Singh, Christine Roberts, Kristen Bergeson and Stefanie Elalouf for their many years of After Prom involvement!
Many of YOU were among the more than 150 volunteers who helped plan and run the event by building decorations, working onsite, setting up and tearing down. Additionally, we received over 300 donated prizes and tons of decorating supplies from our parent community. We thank you all and hope that you will continue to support future After Prom events.
Next year, we have some key needs on the planning committee, including:
-
Prize Lead
-
Entertainment Lead
Please email monarchafterprom@gmail.com if you would like to help plan future events.
Finally, we appreciate the support of Monarch’s administration, particularly Mr. Doan, Mr. Gustafson and Dr. Maronek, as well as Monarch’s front office, janitorial and security staff who partnered with us to ensure a safe and successful event!
